Your initial consultation is a 60-minute visit which includes a medical history review, dietary assessment, baseline bloodwork, as well as body measurements & calculations to determine total daily energy expenditure (calories), BMI, and body fat percentage. $199

Silver Plan
A monthly subscription-based plan which includes oral medication, nutritional counseling, exercise guidance and once monthly follow-up visit (in person or telehealth)

Injectable Therapy
Injectable Weight Loss Plan
A monthly subscription-based plan which includes weekly injections of Semaglutide or Terzepatide, as well as nutritional counseling, exercise guidance and once monthly follow-up visit (in person or telehealth).

Patients have the option to self- administer their weekly injections after a training with our nurse.
